At Pelikamo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt.
Register Your Return
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and specify the reason for the request.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with all original tags attached back into the original shipping box or a similar secure container.
Affix the Label
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring old barcodes are covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your parcel at any authorized shipping point; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
